In accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act ("Official Gazette" No. 153/09, 84/11 and 94/13) the Council for Electronic Media implements the procedure for granting concessions for the provision of television and radio services. Television and radio media service providers are registered in the Register of providers of media services, electronic publications and nonprofit producers of audiovisual and / or radio programs.
