Electronic publications are editorially designed web sites and / or portals that contain electronic versions of printed and / or information from the media that are accessible to the general public regardless of their scope. Natural and legal persons shall, before publishing the first electronic publication, apply to be registered in the Register of providers of electronic publications, under the supervision of the Council for Electronic Media. Method of application is determined by the Ordinance on the Register of the media service provider and electronic publications.
