Media service providers of radio and / or television, which do not acquire the concession, are required to obtain the permission, from the Agency for Electronic Media, in the following cases:

 -          to use the satellite, internet, cable transmission and other permissible forms of transfer in accordance with Art. 79 of the Electronic Media Act,

-          to provide services to the request in accordance with Art. 19-21 of the Electronic Media Act,

-          for obtaining the permission required to submit documents in accordance with the Electronic Media Act Detailed instructions
