During the meeting, ERGA agreed on the remit of  three new ERGA sub-groups, envisaged in ERGA Work Programme for 2016. The first group will deal with the implementation aspects of the review of the AVMS Directive. The second group will focus on future-proof European audiovisual regulation in particular on the protection of minors and accessibility. The third group is responsible for the creation of a Digital European Toolkit for national regulators. The group also discussed the future deliverables of the sub-group on territorial jurisdiction. The afternoon part was devoted to the independence of media and recent developments in some Member States.
